Download our app to manage all your appointments and communications with our office. Request an appointment, request to reschedule or send a request to cancel your appointment. You will receive responses to all your requests within the app.
If you have a confirmed appointment, you will receive an automatic notification in 48 hours before your appointment to confirm your appointment, which you will require to open the app and either confirm your appointment or request to reschedule or cancel it. After this final automatic confirmation process, you will not be able to cancel or reschedule this appointment within the app. In that case, you are required to call our office to discuss the process of rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment in less than 24 hour.
If you confirm the 48hr notification, on the appointment day, you will receive a reminder (called Same-Day Reminder) to avoid unintentional no-shows.
You can use the “Directions” tab to see the map and to get navigational directions to our office from your current location. Make sure you allow “Locations” service on your device to activate navigation. Otherwise you will only see the map and our office location.
Avoid unintentional no-shows ... Never miss a booking ... Receive automated reminders. All these services and communications are free even if you are out of town. No long distance charges or SMS charges will be applicable either way (sending/receiving).

We will respond to all the requests during our office hours and you will receive our response instantly. Rest assured that we will not miss any appointment requests, as you will not forget any of your appointments.
